I tend toward true-to-life colors that are warm and vibrant. Think of it as real life with a little polish and touchup. I'm also a big fan of black and white so I often include this as an option as well.

My favorite locations are those that are meaningful for you, so your home can be an ideal option, especially for little ones that may do best with a familiar environment. I also have a variety of locations you can choose from based on time of day, background you'd like, number of people involved, the season, etc. We will work together to decide which place is best for your specific session.

I live in Highlands Ranch, Colorado (just south of Denver) and usually book sessions in this area, but if you're interested in another location, let's talk because I love to get out and about!

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 3 weeks (although often less depending on my schedule). You can choose to purchase digital downloads, prints, and a variety of print products right from the online store. No need to deal with the hassle of uploading to another site!

Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable and that show who you are. You may want to avoid bold prints and graphics, but lots of textures, natural fibers, and colors that complement the scenery work great. Women in flowy dresses add great movement and interest! Make sure kids are rested and fed. Ask questions if there's anything else you're wondering!

If bad weather is forecast (50% or more chance of rain, for example), I will make a call with your input about whether to reschedule based on location, type of session, etc. We also know how unpredictable Colorado weather is, so sometimes it's worth taking a chance!
